Crafted from aerospace-grade Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), this OTK-style 10x90mm kingpin is a high-performance upgrade for competitive kart racers. Designed to fit full-size OTK chassis including Tony Kart, Kosmic, Alonso, FA, Exprit, Redspeed, Gillard, and EOS, this kingpin offers exceptional strength with significantly reduced weight.
Unlike steel, titanium provides a unique benefit — more flex before permanent distortion, helping absorb impacts and reduce the chance of bending from curb strikes or jumps. Each kingpin is precision CNC-machined with a 10mm diameter, 90mm total length (measured from the bottom of the head to thread end), and M10 x 1.5mm thread pitch with 18mm of thread length.
