Shipping & Policies

Thank you for choosing Fastech-Racing and for supporting your favorite kart shop.

As a small, racer-owned business, we take pride in offering quality products, competitive pricing, knowledgeable service, and fast order processing. Our goal is to make doing business with us as simple, fair, and straightforward as possible.

The following information outlines our shipping, payment, return, and warranty policies so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Fair Flat-Rate Shipping

Our goal is simple:

Charge as close to our actual shipping costs as possible—not use shipping as a profit center.

To simplify checkout and speed up order processing, we offer flat-rate shipping on most domestic orders. You'll know your shipping cost before placing your order, with no unexpected carrier calculations during checkout.

Certain oversized or unusually heavy products require additional shipping charges. Any applicable surcharge is clearly shown on the product page.

If an order requires additional shipping charges beyond those shown during checkout, we will always contact you for approval before processing your order.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping services within the United States:

Large or oversized items—including axles, seats, bodywork, kart stands, complete engines, and similar products—may include an additional shipping charge or require multiple packages.

International Shipping

International shipping costs vary depending on destination, package size, weight, and carrier.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges assessed by their country.

If additional shipping charges are required after checkout, we'll contact you before shipping your order.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders placed by the evening before are shipped the following business day.

Daily carrier pickups:

  • USPS — Approximately 1:00 PM Pacific Time
  • FedEx — Approximately 1:00 PM Pacific Time

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–3 business days and is our recommended shipping option for most domestic customers.

If your tracking shows "Label Created," your order has been packed and is waiting for carrier pickup or its first acceptance scan. Initial tracking updates are sometimes delayed by USPS or FedEx.

Temporary Free Shipping Notice

As part of our eCommerce modernization project, free shipping promotions are temporarily unavailable while we upgrade our website.

Our new online store is planned for launch later this year and will feature improved shipping options, promotions, and a more streamlined checkout experience.

We appreciate your patience and continued support.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

Address Verification (AVS)

Due to the high volume of online credit card fraud, the billing address and shipping address must match for all orders in order to pass Address Verification Service (AVS).

For established repeat customers, we're generally happy to ship to an alternate address.

If you're a repeat customer and would like your order shipped to a different address, simply enter the complete alternate shipping address in the Customer Notes section during checkout. We'll review your request and update the shipping address before shipping your order when appropriate.

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

Purchase Orders

Purchase Order payment is available only for approved dealers.

Orders submitted using the Purchase Order payment option without prior approval will be cancelled.

Local Pickup

Fastech-Racing is an online retailer and does not offer traditional in-store shopping.

Local pickup is available by appointment. Select Local Pickup during checkout or leave a note with your order, and we'll contact you when your order is ready.

Returns & Store Credit

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization.

We do not issue refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as a Fastech-Racing Gift Card (Store Credit) for future purchases.

Returned merchandise must be:

  • New and unused
  • Complete
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Returns requested after 10 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electronics
  • Clearance merchandise
  • Special-order products
  • Custom-order products
  • Cut-to-length materials
  • Engines
  • Rollers
  • Complete kart packages

Product Warranty

Fastech-Racing does not provide any express or implied warranties.

Any warranty is provided solely by the product manufacturer, distributor, or importer. Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Racing Disclaimer

Kart racing and motorsports are inherently dangerous.

Products sold by Fastech-Racing are intended for racing use only.

Fastech-Racing assumes no responsibility or liability for injury, death, property damage, or financial loss resulting from the installation, use, misuse, or failure of any product sold.
