Shipping Information

We do our best to offer fair and reasonable shipping rates. However, no automated system can perfectly calculate how we pack small parts of varying shapes and sizes into USPS Flat Rate boxes — it’s a bit like a puzzle.

To save you money, we manually review each order and select the most efficient shipping method based on weight, size, and delivery timeframe. Shipping charges are then adjusted up or down accordingly.

Important Note:
The $20 shipping fee shown at checkout is a pre-authorization only — not an actual charge.

  • If actual shipping costs less, we’ll manually lower the charge.

  • If your order is over $200 and fits in a Medium Flat Rate box, the $15 charge will be manually removed.

  • Anything larger than a Medium Flat Rate box will be charged the full shipping amount, regardless of order total.

Shipping Combinations & Add-Ons

If you purchase an item that includes shipping and then add more parts, we’ll do our best to combine the order efficiently:

  • If the additional parts fit in the same package without significantly increasing weight or size, there will be no extra charge.

  • If the combined order exceeds Medium Flat Rate size, it will ship separately and standard shipping charges will apply.

  • If the additional parts alone total over $200 and fit in a Medium Flat Rate box, they will ship free.

  • Otherwise, normal shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Surcharge Policy

We reserve the right to add up to 15% (maximum $75) for additional shipping costs if necessary.
If you need a shipping quote for oversized items, please leave a note in the comment box during checkout.

Typical Shipping Methods (Estimated Costs)

  • USPS Padded Envelope (9.5" x 12") – approx. $10

  • USPS Small Flat Rate Box (8.5" x 5.5" x 1.75") – approx. $10

  • USPS Medium Flat Rate Box (11" x 9" x 6" or 14" x 12" x 3.5") – approx. $18

  • USPS Large Flat Rate Box (12.25" x 12.25" x 6") – approx. $25

  • USPS Priority (non-flat rate) – based on weight and dimensions ([see USPS estimates])

  • FedEx – primarily used for larger or heavier items that exceed USPS cost efficiency

FedEx Sample Rates (Las Vegas to Miami):

  • 10 lbs – approx. $25

  • 20 lbs – approx. $40

  • 30 lbs – approx. $55

  • 40 lbs – approx. $65

Common FedEx items include axles, kart stands, engines, and other heavier components over 10 lbs or oversized for USPS Flat Rate.

Free Shipping Policy

Orders over $200 in merchandise qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S.

  • Online orders only – phone orders are not eligible for free shipping

  • Fastech-Racing reserves the right to add insurance if deemed necessary

  • Free shipping applies when selecting "Cheapest Method" (limited to USPS Medium Flat Rate or smaller)

  • When "Cheapest Method" is selected, orders under 1 lb and under $60 will ship via USPS First Class Mail, when eligible.

  • Larger packages will incur standard shipping charges

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

  • Billing address must match the address associated with the credit card to prevent delays or fraud.

  • PayPal is available as a secure checkout option — you can log in to your PayPal account or check out as a guest using a debit or credit card.

IMPORTANT:
The “Purchase Order” option is for approved dealers only.

  • If you are not an approved dealer and select this option, your order will be deleted without notice.

  • If you’re unsure, please pay by credit card or PayPal to avoid delays or cancellation.

Returns & Store Credit Policy

All returns are for store credit only – no refunds.
If you’re not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Returned items must be:

  • New

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

Once approved and received in acceptable condition, you will receive a store credit for future use.

After 10 days, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electronics (no exceptions)

  • Clearance/closeout items

  • Special/custom orders

  • Cut-to-length materials

  • Engines

  • Rollers and complete kart packages
