The CORSA radiator is developed to take advantage of the new MAX radiator core. Compared to the standard core, the MAX increases the cooling capacity up to 10% and allows, for a given size, up to 20% decrease in total weight.
The frontal shape of the Double is identical to the Big. Indeed, it is 29cm wide by 43cm in height. However, the big difference compared to the more traditional Big resides in the revolutionary double cooling circuit.
The double-pass configuration, combined with the newly designed MAX radiator core, which allows for an increased flow of water and, therefore, an increased heat exchange, are the main features of the DOUBLE MAX radiator.

The Supplementare model for karts by New-Line is not a main radiator but as the name says it is an add-on, a supplemnetary radiator: it is mounted together with the main radiator, but in a different spot to increase the overall efficacy of the engine cooling process. The Supplementare in fact receives boiling hot water as soon as it comes out of the engine: its function is to lower the temperature as much as possible before water enters the main radiator and undergoes the standard cooling process, after which it renters the engine and completes the cycle. Compared to a standard kart radiator, the Supplementare model is horizontal and this is because it is intended to be installed behind the pilot seat where it harnesses air that pushes up from under the seat’s edge. The Supplementare can be mounted as add-on to the R, RS, and Big radiators for karts by New-Line and can be used for all categories except races with KF3 engines, because it’s forbidden by official regulations.
When, for reasons of space and weight, it is preferable not to install an additional radiator, mounting a heat exchanger (30cm in length, in this case) can be useful to join two tubes. The increased internal diameter slows down the velocity of the water in that part of the duct, so that the outer fins can optimize heat exchange.

12-20mm fits 1/2" hose, 16-27mm fits 5/8"-3/4" Hose. High quality stainless steel hose clamp also known as smooth band clamps, these have a non-perforated band with rolled edges to prevent damage to hose and tube. Band is 3/8" wide and 0.024" thick. Tighten screw with a slotted screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, or 9/32" (7 mm) hex nut-driver.
