Titanium KG / CRG / OTK / Birel / Parolin Standard Style Lower Bumper Hoop
Upgrade your kart with a lightweight Grade 2 titanium lower front bumper hoop, available in both Standard and Extended Long sizes.
The Standard version matches the common removable CIK-style lower bumper configuration used on many modern racing karts. The Extended Long version provides additional length for extended pedal perches or other applications requiring more clearance than a standard lower bumper hoop.
Both versions retain the standard 450mm center-to-center mounting width and use a 20mm diameter tube.

The Extended Long version provides an additional 65mm of overall length compared with the Standard version. Select the Extended Long option when using extended pedal perches or when your kart requires a longer-than-standard bumper hoop for proper clearance and fitment.
Lightweight Grade 2 Titanium Construction
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant Grade 2 titanium, this lower bumper hoop offers an excellent combination of low weight, strength and durability.
Replacing the original steel lower bumper hoop saves approximately 0.5 lb, making it a simple bolt-on upgrade for racers looking to reduce overall kart weight without changing the familiar removable CIK-style bumper configuration.
For additional weight savings, replacing both side ner Loft Slim Fitlanders Bottino bars along with the upper and lower front bumper bars with titanium can reduce total kart weight by nearly 3.5 lbs.

Choosing the Correct Size
Standard: Choose the 205mm version when replacing a conventional CIK-style lower bumper hoop and the original bumper length provides adequate pedal and foot clearance.
Extended Long: Choose the 270mm version when using extended pedal perches, when additional pedal clearance is needed or when the kart requires a longer bumper hoop for proper fitment.
Please measure your existing bumper and verify the required overall length and 450mm center-to-center mounting width before ordering. Kart chassis, model years and pedal configurations can vary.
Pedal Stop Requirement
Important: Some karts use a pedal stop integrated into the original steel lower bumper. These applications will require a separate pedal stop when converting to this titanium bumper hoop.
This commonly applies to OTK and Birel ART-based chassis, including Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, Redspeed, EOS, Gillard, CompKart, Leclerc Kart, Kubica Kart and Ricciardo Kart.
Use the optional Bolt-On Aluminum Pedal Stop. The stop can be positioned along the bumper hoop to provide the desired pedal-travel limit.
